Anna Urich

If you had seen Anna as I did when she first walked into One on One, you could never have imagined her transformation. She would have never been what you would think of as a Hard Body. But here she is. . .transformed!!!It is always a real treat for me when we exceed a client's wildest dreams. To see someone loose 42 pounds and drop five dress sizes is totally mind blowing. But that is just what Anna has accomplished.   How about these results:

At 62, Anna proves you can look exceptional at any age.  She not only changed her diet & body. . but the way she thinks  about and views herself. Zel Rosado
Before
Zel Rosado is the One on One Hard Body of the Year for  2007. She exemplifies what hard work and determination can accomplish. Never complaining, only enduring whatever came her way. Before coming to me, Zel, like many,  had tried some extreme fad-diets. Nothing seemed to be working for her.  At 50 years old, she just thought, "if I could just tone a little and maybe trim a little off my waist".  She was nearing 180 lbs. Way more than her 5' 2" frame should be carrying. But she trusted me when I told her she would one day wear whatever she wanted. Well it turns out I was right!!!

Remember, Zel is now 51 years old. She is a true success story. While she was making these extraordinary changes in her body, her body was making some changes of its own. She had to undergo emergency intestinal surgery. Her intestines had become tangled. Even this didn't slow her down. From her hospital bed, she was making plans on when she could get back in the Studio to resume her workout. Tenacious - best describes Zel. She never lost sight of our goal...to wear whatever she wanted. And look great wearing it. She is now taking classes to help others achieve what she has. Zel is going to become a Certified Personal Trainer. Zel is clearly a Hard Body.

Many of my clients have specific needs.  Sandi is one such example.  She likes to snow ski. We work year round to get her in the best condition for the season. We do sport specific exercises to get her ready to enjoy her time on the slopes.   As I did with Sandi,  I'll take your needs to heart. You will look and feel better than you ever have before.


 
Mr Knepley is probably the best argument for exercise. At the youthful age of 69, he came to me having never exercised before. His mission; to ride in the MS150. For those of you unfamiliar with the MS150, it is a grueling two day, 150 mile bike ride from Houston to Austin. With only seven months to go, we had to work fast and hard. His plan was a well scripted regimine leading to the ride. He not only completed the ride, he did it again the following year at the age of 71. WOW!!!
 
Dawn came to me out of complete frustration. After having two chidren, she had a significant weight gain.  She was now 186 pounds. She, like many, had tried all the weight loss pills and fad diets.  She was now ready for something more drastic.   She was ready to exercise.  With that commitment,  we changed the way she looked at food.  I taught her that food is her body's fuel source.  That food should not be used as a source of comfort. Once we got a handle on that, we were able to set some realistic goals and make real changes in her body. She is now 110; which fits very nicely on her 5'2" frame.
 

Nancy needed to get back her figure after several years of stress eating and generally enjoying herself. She gave me two and half months to get her in better shape.  She had been to other trainers in the past without success.  When we met, we both commited to her goal. That was to go from size 8 jeans to size 4 jeans.   She more than exceeded her goal.  And now fits very comfortably in a size 2.   During the process, we managed to nock off 40 lbs. 


 
One on One clients expect my best.  And that is truly what they get.  Shannon wanted to enter her first fitness contest.  But this wasn't  just any fitness contest. Shannon would be competing against fitness contestants that were not only seasoned, but were an average of 10 years younger.  She needed to drop over fifty pounds.  We were able to accomplish this through meal planning,  an exercise routine designed for her, and proper nutritional supplementation.   In the end,  she was not just ready to compete, but placed in the finals of the Ms. Galaxy National  Fitness Competition.
